Our commitment to being a Preferred Employer starts with how we meet the benefit needs of our staff.  Our benefits package offers a variety of choices to protect the welfare of each employee and the employee’s family.

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance: Eligible employees may choose from a variety of plans to meet their health insurance needs.  Caminar contributes generously to both employee and eligible dependent premiums.

Health Reimbursement Account / Health Savings Account (HRA/ HSA): Health Reimbursement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts enable benefited employees to receive reimbursements for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. HRA is offered to employees in Butte County. HSA is offered to employees in San Mateo County and Solano County.

401(K) Retirement Savings Plan: We are proud to offer a 401K plan with options for both pre- and post-tax  (Roth) contributions.  Eligible Employees are able to join Caminar’s 401(k) plan immediately upon employment. The plan also offers an Employer Match on eligible employee deferrals.

Paid Leave Benefits: We provide a generous Paid Leave Plan, including vacation, sick and holiday leave benefits.

Life Insurance (includes Long-term Disability and AD&D): Provided at no cost to our employees, including an option to purchase additional coverage amounts for both employees and dependents.
